By submitting a paper or registering for IWRMCE 2027, authors and participants accept the following terms.

1. Submissions

  • Submitted work must be original and not published or under review elsewhere.
  • All manuscripts undergo a plagiarism check.
  • The organizers may reject papers that violate publication ethics.

2. Registration and presentation

  • At least one author must register and present each paper.
  • Presentation is mandatory for inclusion in the proceedings.

3. Publication

  • Publication and indexing decisions belong to the publisher or journal.

4. Online participation

  • Online participation requires a stable internet connection.
  • The organizers may change the program schedule.
