Conference manuscript

Use the official template when released. Figures and tables must be legible, consecutively numbered, captioned and cited. References must be complete, accurate and consistently formatted. Prepare an anonymized review copy: remove names, affiliations and identifying acknowledgements; submit author details separately in the form.
Extended journal manuscripts
An extended manuscript must provide substantial scholarly development beyond the conference paper, disclose and cite that version, and follow the target journal’s scope, authorship, AI, data and originality policies. There is no universal percentage of additional content: the journal determines its own requirements.
Journal publication and database indexing cannot be guaranteed by the conference organizers. Final editorial decisions remain exclusively with the respective journals and publishers.
