  • Payment confirmation for registration.

  • Paper review, registration, certificates and communication with authors and participants.

3. Storage and retention

  • Data is kept until 31 December 2027 and then deleted, except for published papers.

4. Sharing

  • We do not sell personal data or share it with third parties, except the proceedings publisher and payment processors where necessary.

5. Cookies

  • Only essential cookies required for the website to function are used. No tracking or advertising cookies are used.

6. Your rights

  • You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by writing to info@iwrmce.org.
