Each full paper is evaluated by at least two qualified reviewers with relevant subject expertise. IWRMCE applies a double-blind conference review policy with independent journal review for any subsequent journal submission.

Journal publication and database indexing cannot be guaranteed by the conference organizers. Final editorial decisions remain exclusively with the respective journals and publishers.
